Who Are We?

Penn Aire Aviation, Inc. was founded in 1968 by Bruce Taylor who was well known in the Aviation Acquisition and Commercial Leasing Business. As a well-seasoned pilot and his love for flying he brokered many planes for his customers specializing in Beechcraft King Air planes. In the late 1970’s Mr. Taylor bought the land on the Allegheny side of State Route 8 & 62 and developed his Commercial Real Estate Business. Then, in 2017 Ellen Gierlach became the President of the company.

Penn Aire Aviation, Inc. is now a real estate management company dedicated to serving the needs of our clients in Venango County in Western Pennsylvania.  We provide value and stability to our commercial tenants so they can grow and expand their businesses and serve their clients with a safe, friendly, convenient, and affordable place to work.

We consider our tenants part of the Penn-Aire Aviation family, and we hope you decide to come and join us. Penn Aire Aviation works closely with the Borough of Sugarcreek and Venango County. We are located on Route 8 & 62 in Franklin PA.
